Folded Wedding Programs

• Our folded wedding programs are designed to carry the look of your invitation suite into the ceremony itself. Each program measures 5" x 7" when folded and can be customized using fonts and colors that coordinate with your Signature Suite.
• Programs are printed on premium paper and designed to hold your ceremony details, wedding party, special notes, or any other information you would like to share with your guests.
• Sold in increments of 25.

• For the smoothest experience, we recommend ordering your programs 4–6 weeks before your requested in-hand date.
• Once your order is placed and we have received all final wording and details, your first digital proof will be sent within 5 business days.
• Your order includes two rounds of proofs. Please review all names, wording, dates, and ceremony details carefully before approving.
• Final approval should be received at least 2 weeks before your requested in-hand date. Once approved, your programs move into production. Digitally printed pieces may require up to 2 weeks for production, followed by shipping.
• Orders placed or approved too close to the requested in-hand date may require rush production. A $175 rush fee may apply, subject to availability.

• Once your order is placed, please email us your order number, complete wording, requested in-hand date, color preferences, and any additional details needed for your program. If your design is coordinating with a Signature Suite, please include the suite name and any font or color selections you would like us to reference.
• Your proofing timeline begins once we have received all of the information needed to complete your order.
• Please have your ceremony wording and wedding party information as finalized as possible before placing your order.
• Your requested in-hand date is not necessarily your event date. If you need your programs earlier for travel, planner delivery, venue setup, or another reason, please use the date you actually need them in hand when planning your order.
• Because each order is personalized, all sales are final once your proof has been approved and production has begun.
• Douglas Grace Paper is not responsible for spelling, wording, date, or name errors approved during the proofing process.
• Expedited shipping, when available, is billed separately. Rush production does not include expedited shipping.
