Submit your inquiry form, and we'll reach out to schedule a consultation to discuss your vision and wedding aesthetic.

Proposal

Receive three package options with different price points and a custom design board featuring inspiration for your suite. Secure your package with a 50% retainer.

Design

The creative phase begins with your custom artwork and layout. You'll receive high-resolution digital proofs for review.

Perfect Your Suite

Enjoy five complimentary revisions to ensure every detail reflects your vision.

Production

Once approved, we manage every aspect of printing and assembly. Production typically takes 3–6 weeks, depending on embellishments and specialty finishes.

Delivery in Your Keepsake Box

Your suite arrives beautifully packaged in your keepsake box—ready for mailing and wedding-day photos.

Custom Invitations:
Book at least 8 months before your wedding.
Save the Dates:
Inquire 10 months before your wedding.
Day-Of Details:
Contact us 3 months before your wedding to ensure availability.

Custom designs are created from scratch to reflect your unique event vision. This includes concept development, personalized artwork, and unlimited revisions within the scope of your project. Whether you're dreaming up invitations, signage, or day-of details, each piece is crafted with intention and artistry.

Custom Invitations- Please reach out at least 8 months before your wedding date to begin the custom design process. This ensures ample time for creative development, revisions, and production.

Save the Dates-If you’d like to include save-the-date cards, we recommend contacting us at least 10 months before your wedding date to allow for early mailing and design coordination.

Day-of Details- For items such as menus, signage, programs, and place cards, please inquire at least 4 to 3 months before your event to ensure design availability and production time.

Yes! While Douglas Grace specializes in wedding and event paper goods, we’re happy to create custom designs for other occasions or personal projects — from stationery and branding pieces to meaningful keepsakes. If you have a vision, we’d love to bring it to life.

Everything. From fonts, colors, and layout to artwork and specialty finishes like letterpress, foil stamping, embossing, and die cuts — your pieces are fully tailored to your event aesthetic.

Yes! We offer coordinating menus, programs, signage, place cards, and other day-of pieces to complement your suite or event design.

Each custom project includes up to 5 complimentary proof rounds to ensure your design is just right. Additional revisions beyond the fifth round are available at $50 per round.
