Do you offer refunds or cancellations?

Because each order is made just for you, we do not offer refunds once work has begun. For each project, cancellations must be requested before the proofing process starts. If you have questions about your order or need to make a change, just reach out—we’re here to help!

Do you offer rush orders?

Yes—rush orders may be available depending on our current schedule and your project details. A rush fee will apply, and expedited shipping may be required. If you’re working with a tight timeline, reach out before placing your order so we can confirm availability!

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes! For larger quantities or multi-piece suites (like invitations + programs + menus), we’re happy to offer a custom quote with bundled pricing. Reach out through our inquiry form and we’ll create a package tailored to your needs.

Do you offer design help for other things besides invitations?

Yes! While invitations are our specialty, we love bringing your whole event together. We can help with menus, signage, place cards, programs, and other paper pretties. If it’s part of your celebration, we’re happy to design it!

Do I need to provide all the text for my invite?

Not at all — we’ve got you! You’re welcome to send over wording if you have something in mind, but if not, we’ll guide you with easy-to-use templates and suggestions. Think of it as a fill-in-the-blank, but prettier.

Can I add extra info, like a registry link or dress code?

Yes, yes, and yes! We can include just about anything — from your wedding website to RSVP instructions, attire details, or Grandma’s famous cobbler request. If it matters to your day, we’ll help you include it beautifully.

Semi-Custom

What exactly does “semi-custom” mean?

It means we start with one of our pre-designs and make it yours. You pick the design, then we sprinkle your personality on top — with custom names, colors, wording, and more.

What parts can I personalize?

You can personalize the wording- the design, layout, and artwork stay the same. It’s the perfect blend of ease and elegance.

Can I change the layout or add extra details?

Semi-custom designs are set in their layout, colors, and fonts to maintain consistency and quality. If you’re dreaming of more flexibility, a custom project might be the perfect fit!

How many rounds of edits do I get?

Each semi-custom suite comes with 3 rounds of revisions. Need more? No worries — additional edits are available for a fee of $50 per edit.

What’s the timeline for a semi-custom invitation?

You’ll receive your first proof within 3-5 business days after we get all your details. From there, the full process usually takes about 2–3 weeks, depending on edits and printing time. Time can vary due to outsourcing our printing.

Can you help me with wording? (Because “together with their families...” is not our vibe.)

Yes! We’ve got modern, sweet, quirky, and formal wording templates — or we’ll help you write your own. Whether you’re eloping or hosting a black-tie bash, we’ll help your invite sound like you.

Custom

What’s included in a custom invitation package?

Everything starts from scratch — a one-of-a-kind design created just for you. You’ll get the main invite, 5 revisions, and the option to add-on matching pieces like details cards, RSVP cards, or envelope liners. You are also able to add on menus, escort cards, and place cards. The sky is the limit- if you have something in mind, please ask!

How involved do I need to be in the design process?

Totally up to you! Some clients come with a mood board, others say “make it pretty.” We’ll guide you through the process step by step and check in at all the right moments.

How long does a custom invitation take from start to finish?

Custom invitations typically take 4–6 weeks from start to ship. Need them sooner? Reach out — we’ll see if we can work some magic with your timeline.

Can you match my event theme, venue, or color palette?

Yes! We love drawing inspiration from your venue, colors, dress, flowers, or even your story. If it matters to you, we’ll find a way to infuse it into your design.

Do you offer foil, letterpress, or other fancy finishes?

Absolutely. We offer a range of premium print finishes — including foil stamping, letterpress, embossing, die-cut edges, and more. Just let us know what you’re dreaming of, and we’ll guide you through the options.
