After checkout, please email us your order number, preferred layout, ink color, and finalized guest list with table assignments. Two digital proofs will be provided for approval before production.

Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing all names, spelling, and table assignments before approving the final proof.

• After placing your order, please email us your order number, guest list, table assignments, and any design or color preferences.
• Once we receive your information, we’ll prepare your first proof for review. Your order includes two rounds of proofs for personalization and wording adjustments.
• We recommend placing your order 3–4 weeks before your requested in-hand date to allow time for proofing, production, and shipping.
• Once your final proof is approved, your escort cards will be sent to production. Please carefully review all guest names, spelling, and table assignments before approving your final proof.
• Orders placed within two weeks of your requested in-hand date are considered rush orders and will incur an additional $175 rush fee, subject to availability.

• Please have your guest list and table assignments as finalized as possible before placing your order.
• Guest names and table numbers should be submitted in a clear spreadsheet. Douglas Grace Paper is not responsible for spelling errors, incorrect table assignments, or other information approved by the client during the proofing process.
• Because each order is personalized, all sales are final once your proof has been approved and production has begun.
• Orders placed within two weeks of your requested in-hand date are considered rush orders and will incur an additional $175 rush fee. Rush availability is not guaranteed and is dependent on our current production schedule.
