• We recommend placing your order at least one month before your event date to allow plenty of time for personalization, proofing, production, and delivery.
• After your order is placed, we’ll prepare your first digital proof for review. Your order includes two rounds of proofs to make sure all wording, names, dates, colors, and details are correct before production.
• Please review your proof carefully. The client is responsible for approving all spelling, grammar, dates, times, names, and event details. Once a proof is approved and sent to production, changes cannot be guaranteed and may require an additional fee or a full reprint.
• Because each sign is made specifically for your event, we do not offer rush orders or rush fees. Orders placed too close to the event date may not be accepted, so we strongly encourage ordering early.
• Production begins only after final proof approval. Delays in proof approval may also delay your final delivery date.

• Please double-check all personalization details submitted with your order, including names, dates, times, wording, and color selections.
• You will have the opportunity to review everything again during the proofing process, but the client is ultimately responsible for carefully reviewing and approving the final proof. Once approved and sent to production, changes cannot be guaranteed and may require a reprint at an additional cost.
