The Cloister Cocktail Napkin

• Submit your order for a minimum of 50 napkins.
• Complete the personalization form located at the bottom of this page.
• If you selected a digital proof, our team will create and send your first proof for review.
• Once your design is approved—or immediately after ordering if you declined a proof—your napkins will move into production.
• Printing begins the next business day, and your order will ship once production is complete.
  

• Please place your order at least four weeks before your desired in-hand date. Your in-hand date is the date you need to receive your napkins and may differ from your event date.
• Final approval must be submitted no later than two weeks before your in-hand date.

• Minimum order: 50 napkins
• Your personalized design will be printed on the front of each napkin.
• Digital proofs are optional and must be requested in the personalization form.
• When selected, up to two proof rounds are included.
• Additional proofs beyond the second round are $50 per proof.
• Orders cannot move into proofing or production until the personalization form is complete.
• Approvals submitted fewer than two weeks before your in-hand date will require expedited shipping, invoiced separately.
