Proofing Process:

• Proofing begins after purchase and once we receive your completed personalization form and guest addressing list.
• Your initial proof will include your design concept, wording, and guest addressing for review.
• Two complimentary revision rounds are included following your initial proof to ensure every detail is perfect before production.
• Additional proof rounds beyond those included will be billed at $50 per round.

1. Complete your purchase through our website.
2. After checkout, complete your personalization form and submit your wording, color selections, and design preferences.
3. Please email your completed guest address spreadsheet to douglasgracepaper@gmail.com and include your full name and order number in the subject line.
4. Once we receive your order details, we will begin the design process. You can expect your first digital proof within approximately 5-7 business days. Two rounds of revisions are included, and printing will not begin until you have approved your final proof.
5. After final approval, your suite will move into production. Most digitally printed orders are completed within 2-3 weeks. Letterpress orders may require up to 7 weeks for production.
6. Your completed suites will arrive carefully packaged and ready for assembly. Envelope liners will arrive pre-assembled when purchased.
7. Invitation assembly is available as an optional add-on.

• Each Signature Collection suite is a semi-custom design personalized with your wedding details, wording, colors, fonts, and selections.
• Design proofs are not available before purchase. Work begins after your order is placed and your personalization form is submitted.
• Your first personalized digital proof will be delivered within one week of receiving your completed personalization form.
• Two complimentary proof rounds are included with every order.
• Additional proof rounds are available for $50 per round.
• Please review all proofs carefully. Once your final proof is approved, your order will move into production and no further changes may be made.
• Because each order is personalized, all sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled, refunded, returned, or exchanged.
• Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed products due to monitor settings and the printing process.
• Production timelines begin after final proof approval, not at the time of purchase.
