Hi friend,
I’m so glad you’re here!
What began as a creative escape between lesson plans slowly blossomed into Douglas Grace Paper — a joyful little studio where life’s sweetest moments are turned into beautiful, thoughtful keepsakes.
With so many weddings, babies, and celebrations happening around me, I wanted to create paper that looked just as fabulous on my fridge as it did on my friends’. For fun, I’d spend evenings designing online invitations and paper goods that only my computer would ever see — simply because I loved the process of making something beautiful.
The name Douglas Grace is rooted in two pieces of my heart — my fiancé’s middle name, Douglas, and mine, Grace. Douglas means “dark river,” which to me symbolizes depth, strength, and steady guidance — much like the unwavering hand of God through every season. Grace, of course, is a gift — the unearned, undeserved favor that only He can give. Together, the name is a blend of where our story began and the hope of what’s to come — a quiet, sacred reminder that God’s hand has been gently writing every detail all along.
With a degree in elementary education and several years spent wrangling 22 first graders (which, if you ask me, is the best crash course in multitasking), I’ve learned how to balance the details and the dreams. Whether it’s your wedding day, holiday cards, baby shower, or “just because,” I want your paper goods to feel as special as the reason you’re celebrating.
Every piece is designed with heart — and just a hint of magic — to make your fridge-worthy moments even more memorable.
Let’s create something beautiful together.
With love and paper,
Hannah
