Minimum order of 20 announcements required.
After checkout, you’ll receive a link to upload your photo and personalization details through our form.
A separate form for recipient addresses will be sent in your confirmation email if you choose addressing. Proofing will begin as soon as we receive your completed address form and details.

A proof will be sent within several business days after submitting your information. Once approved, your order will be sent to print. We outsource printing, so final production and delivery times will vary based on printer timelines and shipping.

Our Signature Announcement Collection does not offer custom colors or fonts to maintain quick turnaround times. For custom designs, please inquire at douglasgracepaper@gmail.com.

When will I receive my announcements?
A proof will be emailed within several business days after you upload your details and addresses (if applicable). After your approval, your order will be sent to print and shipped once complete. Delivery depends on production and shipping times.
Once your proof is approved, we submit to our printing partners right away. Because we outsource printing, turnaround can vary depending on printer processing and shipping timelines. We recommend ordering early to allow plenty of time for production, especially during busy seasons.

Can I order a different quantity?
Orders start at 20 cards with set quantity options to ensure smooth production and delivery. Extra cards are always handy for keepsakes or unexpected recipients!

Can I remove the liner to lower the cost?
Our announcement suites come as a complete package—card, envelope, and liner—so you never have to stress over the details. Addressing services are optional and can be added on if desired.
