Booking

Please place your order at least four weeks prior to your in-hand date to allow adequate time for production and delivery.

Proofing

• Proofing is not included for wax seals unless otherwise noted.
  Monogram-based designs will be created based on the details submitted at checkout.

Personalization

• Please click the “Personalize Your Order” button to provide your monogram details (if applicable) and select your wax color.
  Orders will not move into production until personalization details have been submitted.

Approval

• Once personalization details are submitted, production will begin.
  Changes cannot be made once production has started.

Production

Each wax seal is handcrafted to order. Production begins after personalization details are received.

Shipping

Orders ship once production is complete.

• Due to monitor variations and the natural characteristics of wax, colors may appear slightly different in person.
  Because these wax seals are custom-made, all sales are final.
