How long will it take to receive my invitations?

After your order, your first proof will be emailed within 3 business days. Once you approve your final proof, invitations ship within 7-10 business days.

Can I customize colors, fonts, or artwork?

Semi-custom invitations include event detail customization only. Fonts, layouts, and artwork stay the same. For fully custom designs, inquire on our Custom Paper Inquiry page.

What’s included in the design fee?

Your $20 design fee covers personalization of event details and 2 rounds of proofs. Additional proof rounds are $50 each.

Do you offer envelope addressing?

✅ Yes! You can add return address printing and guest addressing at checkout. You’ll receive a Google Form to submit your address list after purchase.

Is local pickup available?

✅ Yes! Roswell, GA locals can select Local Pickup at checkout and skip shipping fees. Pickup instructions will be emailed.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges after proof approval.
